The Adelara Collective

Adelara Estate was founded on a simple realization: virtual living should feel as intentional and breathtaking as the real world. What began as two neighbors—Adeline and Lara—striving for a cohesive landscape has grown into a premier three-region community where design, realism, and connection converge.

The Adelara Story

In April 2024, we launched Adelara Bay. Our goal was to eliminate the "green square" culture of Second Life. By treating the entire region as one living canvas, we created a space where boundaries vanish and nature flows uninterrupted. As our community grew, so did our footprint. By September, we expanded to Adelara Lake, introducing a fully-realized wilderness experience with campgrounds and retreat cabins.

Our third region, Adelara Estate East, was built specifically for pure immersion and realism. Designed as a meticulously detailed small town, every location—from the quiet wedding chapel and art gallery to the local ice cream shop—is open and free to use. Whether you’re exploring the town square or visiting our flagship stores, StudioOne and Shits & Giggles, you'll find the entire region is a living backdrop packed with incredible photo ops.

Information / Estate Covenant

Community Info & Covenant

Welcome to Adelara Estate. Please read the following guidelines to get the most out of your tenancy. By buying, renting, or being present in this Region, you agree to this covenant.

Section 1: Buying & Renting

You don't need a Premium Account to own or rent land at Adelara Estate, and it won't count toward your Linden Lab tier. However, you must maintain weekly tier fee payments via your rental meter.
All tiers are non-refundable. Please consider this before adding funds.
To buy a parcel, access "About Land," choose "Buy Land," then right-click and pay the rental meter. Note: not all parcels are owned by tenants (see section 3 for group-owned rentals).

Section 2: Behaviour Policy

Adult Content: Nudity/sex are permitted in public spaces adhering to SL's TOS. On private land, disable avatar visibility for privacy.
Harassment, bullying, or stalking is not permitted. If asked to stop offensive language, comply.
Player-versus-player confrontations, combat HUDs, and trolling are prohibited.
Respect privacy. If asked to leave someone's property, comply or face a temporary ban.

Section 3: Rentals

Parcel edges (including sculpted beaches) must remain unmodified unless approved.
Ban lines are not allowed. Management will provide optional security.

Section 3a: Private Rentals

Pay the meter (two weeks upfront required). Right-click land and Buy for L$1.
Auto-eviction occurs 72 hours after failure to pay tier. All objects will be returned.

Section 3b & 3c: Group-Owned / Skyboxes

Pay the meter and accept the automated group invite from our bot to gain rez rights.
Auto-eviction occurs 48 hours after failure to pay tier.

Section 4: Delinquency & Support

If you cannot pay tier before arrears, contact management to arrange late payment.
During reclamation for non-payment, all objects will be returned. We assume no responsibility for lost items during returns.
